What kind of food does Yaki Ya! serve?

Yaki Ya! serves authentic Japanese soul food, including ramen, katsu curry, teriyaki bowls, yakisoba, poke bowls, donburi, and Japanese sides—all freshly prepared to order.

Is your food freshly made?

Yes. Every meal is freshly prepared using quality ingredients and cooked to order, ensuring every bowl is served at its best.

Can I customise my meal?

Absolutely. Many of our dishes can be personalised to suit your preferences, including spice levels and selected ingredients.

Do you offer vegetarian options?

Yes. We offer a selection of vegetarian dishes and are continually expanding our menu. Please speak to our team for recommendations.

Where can I find allergen information?

Our full allergen chart is available to download here — [Download Allergen Chart]. It lists every dish and the allergens present. If you have a severe or complex allergy, please speak directly to a team member before ordering — your safety comes first and we’ll do everything we can to help.

Do you have a kids menu?

We don’t have a dedicated kids menu, but many of our dishes are big hits with younger guests — katsu curry and teriyaki bowls especially. Portions are generous so sharing is always a great option. Ask our team for recommendations.

Which dishes are most popular?

Some of our guest favourites include Chicken Katsu Curry, Signature Ramen, Teriyaki Bowls, Yakisoba, and freshly prepared Donburi bowls.

02 - ORDERING & DELIVERY

How does Click'N'Collect work?

It’s simple — order online through our Click’N’Collect page, choose your nearest branch, pay securely, and your food will be ready in as little as 15 minutes. No queuing, no waiting around — just click, collect, and eat.

Can I get Yaki Ya! delivered to my door?

Yes! We’re on Uber Eats and other delivery platforms. Search Yaki Ya! on your preferred app and check availability for your postcode. Delivery coverage varies by branch, so if your area isn’t available yet — it might be soon.

Can I customise my order?

Many dishes can be customised — swapping proteins, adjusting spice levels, or removing certain ingredients. Look for the options on each item when ordering online. For more specific requests, ordering in person or calling your branch directly is always the best way.

Can I cancel or amend my order after placing it?

Because everything is made fresh and quickly, we have a very short window to make changes. Please contact your branch immediately after placing your order. Once preparation has started, we may not be able to make amendments — so double-check before you confirm!

Do you take phone orders?

No reservation is needed for most visits — walk-ins are always welcome. For larger groups, we recommend contacting your nearest branch in advance. You can also book online through our Click’N’Collect page — simply select your preferred branch and choose a time that works for you.

Do you have parking?

Yes! You can sign up digitally and start collecting your Yaki Ya! Reward stamps online — Join Yaki Ya! Reward. Ask a team member in branch to get your physical card too.
